By-Laws/Rules
I. Draft
A. Teams to be decided by fantasy draft
1. Order of draft to be decided by random selection through the process of picking out of a hat.
2. Time per pick is two (2) minutes per rounds one (1) through seven (7) and one (1) minute per every round thereafter
3. Picks will be recorded by commissioner and official rosters will be posted to a public document to be viewed by all.
II. Divisions
1. The ten (10) teams will be divided into two (2) divisions
2. The teams within each division will be determined by random selection through the process of picking out of a hat.
3. Divisional opponents will play against each other twice per season and play 4 of the 5 out of conference opponents once (as determined by random selection through picking out of a hat).
4. The top two (2) teams in each division will advance to the playoffs (regardless of whether the third (3rd) place team in the other division possesses a better record than the second (2nd) place in the other).
III. Playoffs
1. As specified in the above section (II. Divisions) the top two (2) teams from each division will qualify for the playoffs
2. It does not matter if the third (3rd) place team in the other divisions record is better than the second (2nd) place team in the other division.
3. The second (2nd) place team still qualifies for the playoffs
4. Playoff seeding will be determined based on record at the conclusion of the regular season.
5. Playoffs will be single elimination.
6. The playoffs will consist of three (3) games taking place over a span of two (2) weeks
7. New NFL overtime rules will apply to all games
8. Playoff games will consist of five (5) minute quarters.
9. The championship is the only game that will be played under the “Superbowl” game mode

2. Record vs. division
IV. Regular Season
1. The regular season will consist of twelve (12) games for each team.
2. Each team will play a total of eight (8) games against their divisional opponents
3. Each team will play each divisional opponent twice
4. Each regular season game will be played on the “Exhibition” Madden game mode
5. Each team will have a total of six (6) home games
6. Each team will have a total of six (6) away games
7. Each team will play each divisional opponent once at home and once away
8. Each team will have four (4) home divisional games
9. Each team will have four (4) away divisional games
10. Each team will have two (2) home non-divisional games
11. Each team will have two (2) away non-divisional games
12. Each team will not play another team in the opposite division
V. Games
1. Games will be played on Sunday
2. Games will be played in Wills’ room using Wills’ controllers
3. Players have first choice of seats during their game time slot.
4. Player seat selection will be determined by the venue of the game.
5. The home team player gets first seat pick.
6. Games will consist of four (4) quarters
7. Each quarter will consist of four (4) minutes
8. No time run-off
9. New NFL overtime rules apply to all twelve (12) games.
10. All games will be played on all-madden skill level
11. Auto-sprint feature will be used based on player preference.
12. All standard madden NFL rules apply
13. Playbook is determined at players discretion
VI. Bye-Week
1. Each team will have a bye week the week of formal
2. Play will resume the ensuing Sunday as per regular operation of game week
VII. Rules
1. No throwing games
2. No shaving points
3. No tampering with rosters post draft
4. All decent and ethical behavior should be observed
5. Players are to be informed of their game time slot by Thursday of said game week
6. If there is a scheduling conflict it can be worked out between the two players and the game will be rescheduled to a later time.
7. Wills must be informed of the aforementioned hypothetical scheduling conflict and resolution and must agree to the new mutually agreed upon time.
8. The Stadium Manager as well as the Commissioner of the league must be informed of the scheduling conflict and approve the new agreed upon game time.
9. All games must be played on Sunday
10. If a player misses their agreed upon game-time slot, without prior notice given to the aforementioned parties (as stated in letter H of article VII. Rules) the game will result in a forfeit and a loss for the guilty player and a win for the punctual player.
11. All infractions that are deemed worthy of punishment will be voted on by the league as to what suitable punishment should be placed on the rule breaker
12. In emergency sessions the Commissioner may assume unilateral control of the league in order to take all actions necessary to preserve league integrity.
13. Commissioner can be removed if 60% of the teams vote for his removal.
